Paradise Harley-Davidson

I spent $35k on a screamin eagle ultra. The sales staff were cocky ("that's the price, take it or leave it") and aloof until the cash rolled in. Then they decided it was best to try to get along. About 1000 miles into this bike it was time for 1st service. Wanted to change pipes and air-cleaner. The parts guy recommended slip on pipes that not only weren't in stock but were back ordered indefinately. Bike sat outside in the back of thier shop for almost a month. Take a look out there, ALL service bikes. I got a little frustrated waiting and waiting for simple slip-on mufflers. Finally the bike was done, I picked it up. $600 additional from what I was quoted, but at thispoint I had missed mostof the good summer weather so I let it go. Two weeks later the bike locked up while I was riding. They picked it up and took it back. The PCIII (they recommended) was improperly mounted and rain water got into the connector. Picked it up again and had the same problem within a month. Then I was told the PCIII was junk and I needed to buy a "Harley Race Tuner", and I shouldn't be getting the bike wet! This IS Oregon!!! Bike was hostage in the service dept for 3 weeks this time. I have since decided to take the bike to other places for service. Paradise HD in Tigard has the WORST service dept I have ever incountered in 30 years of riding harleys. Save yourself the ANGUISH and buy elsewhere, THESE GUYS SUCK! In my opinion the GM has some issues and shouldn't be in the business, it has trickled down to every layer of the organization.
