im very upset at the way jason treated me in service. i bought a yamaha rhino,honda crf450r,grizzly 125,kawaski 650brut, yamaha 1000cc r1,jet boat challenger,yamaha yz250. all brand new and paid cash. my R1 got stolen i brought it to jason to get fixed ,I TRUSTED him, i never checked the bike when it came back fully. i went to put gas in it and they never fixed the gas cap which the inside you cant see when the cover is closed. he treated me and spoke to me like i was a peace of garbage. he replied i missed it,so it is my problem, mail him 150.00 and he will mail me the part. im not a mechanic some times business get to big and expand to quickly,over fin,over extended.the customer is always right (thats sales 101) i own 23 banks in ny,nj,ct md and pa. i own the largest banks in 5 states with 175 employees. if anybody bought anything from rusty palmers they would not be working for my banks, that memo went out today. its not about the money, its about the principal. i will have my IT guys by fri blast this all over the internet every site the way i was treated, google,yahoo, msn ect, i will also call, the better buss, attorney general ect. you cant bully me im very wealthy the same way your boss is, but the difference is im liquid,i own every business in cash, not hocked up to my eye balls. jason you are not qualifed to be in charge of a service department. when you get fired ,which i think would probably be soon with your negative attitude you could come and sweep floors for me. i come across guys like you all the time, we call you guys 30 day wonders.(ps) by the way, i would never even allow you to sweep the floors good luck (moron, customer killer) joe sr
