FANNIN POLARIS

Horrible to deal with; I was lied to, and they wasted half my day, and gas. Will not ever recommend, and in fact, I will do my best to refer all friends and family to Huntington Cycle Center.

July 27th I picked up my new Polaris Razor that I paid 12,900t for on July 20th. I added several accessories that had to be ordered and installed. The sales/parts man Matt sold me a harness that I was skeptal of from the beginning. After ariving home with it I clearly seen this was not for me, I called Matt and he said for me to bring it back. I did that today and then was told I couldn\'t return it because it was installed on the machine. I proceeded through the service manager who was a total Jerk trying to show his authority and telling me it was their policy not to give refunds on installed parts. I never did see where that policy was written. No satisfaction there so I asked to speak to the owner and he lied and said he wasn\'t there, by the way not the first lie I heard today. I proceeded to talk to Gary Fannin the BOSS as he decribed himself who told me to take it over and tell them he said to refund my $240.00. I went back to the parts manager and he returned to Gary and God only knows what he told him but ended up getting only 200.00. In all my life I have never dealt with such a DISHONEST,INCONSIDERATE, INCOMPENTENT group. There were only 2 bolts for each harness that had to be removed and they were removed before ever taking the unit out of my driveway and returned to them exactly how they were received in their orginal box. Oh I forgot to mention the screws that were left loose in the top that was ordered with the unit. Please whatever you do don\'t buy anything from this dealer.

Went there to trade to a 2011 rzr s and was told after I hauled my trade 30 plus miles and took a day off work that they couldn\'t make a deal that day because the owner was out. Heads up, I guess the owner is still out because I have yet to hear back from them. It has been a week. I really dont understand why they are even open if they can\'t make a deal?

Good at sales and suck at service, get ready!
