I wanted a windshield that pushed the wind over my head. They put the windshield in my contract - no refunds. The one that came in was at my eyesight and made me nauseous. I immediately drove right back to the dealership - no returns. Brand new bike; 4 miles on it; horrible parts department; owner's wife way too pushy. Now I'm out $500. They don't know what they are talking about. They tried to push the wrong parts on me even though I knew what I wanted. The prices in the store are over priced compared to other dealers in the DC area and sales people tried way too hard to make me buy other stuff. I would rather travel futher than go back to them. Agree with the other review - Bad knowledge of their own products in both the parts and HD wear. The only one worth talking to there was Bryan in Service. Don't do it - go somewhere else.

The sales persons in parts did not have a knowledge of parts I wanted, They tried to push the wrong parts to me even though I knew what I wanted and I even gave them the correct part number which I looked up in the HD Catalog. The prices in the store were over priced compared to other dealers in the DC area and sales person were to trying too hard to make me buy something. I rather travel futher then go back to deal with them trying to push items I did not want to buy on to me. The girl who was trying to sell me a helmet for my wife could not answer my questions about the differnt helmets in stock. Bad knowledge of their own products in both the parts guys and the girls trying to sell me a helmet.
