I will warn everyone I speak to about My PED to stay away from these people!!! They are a HUGE rip off!!! Not to mention ounce they get your money, you can forget being treated with respect. I spent 1300.00 on a brain new PED form them. It lasted maybe a full year. I am a mechanic by trade, so I know quite a lot about engine repair. I tried to find a technical manual for it online, but couldn't. I wanted to keep it running for a few more months until I would have the cash to get a new and better built modal. So I stopped by to ask questions about the PED I bought there, and see if they may know where I could get a repair manual. I was told that they "make a living repairing them" and that they "would not answer my questions". The office management there then later berated and yell at me like I was her child over the phone, before I could explain what was going on or even get a word in. I am done with these people and I will spend my money buying a new one somewhere else. Someplace where my money at least is appreciated.
