I own and operate a farm and ranch operation near Tyler, Tx. I have been dealing with Good Time Cycle Co., a family owned and operated business, for 16 years. I purchased my fourth one in December 2016, A Mule Pro-DXT. I really love it and it fits well in my business. I recently received a factory recall notice. I called them to arrange for the minor repair. They got me in and made the repair at my convenience. I find them to be very pleasant and helpful to deal with. You can bet that when it comes time to buy my fifth Mule Good Time Cycle Co. will be my selected Dealer.

They seem to be good people but I'm having a very hard time collecting on warranty work. I bought a new bike almost a year ago and when it started to have trouble I took it in. They said ''No problem we will get you taken care of'' that was a month ago and I still don't have my bike back. I'm kinda under the impression that they don't want to fix it.
I can sort of understand if they where having a hard time getting my parts in but that isn't the case. They've had them now for 7 days and still haven't touched my bike.

Apparently these folks have forgotten that the customer pays their bills. No one acts as if they care about anything -(with the possible exception of one of their sales guys-I think his name is Denny) and the last couple of times I took my bike there for repairs, they couldn\'t tell me when it would be ready, and they took a long time to complete some pretty simple tasks. Recently, I have been using a shop called CHP Service Center. Their shop mgr/mechanic, Terry Dike, is knowledgable, honest, and someone who listens to what you\'re telling him about your repair needs. Their number is 903-534-5505. They are currently located on Paluxy just past Jeff Davis, but they are building a new shop on Highway 110 South.

Was in GTC few weeks ago looking for some tech support on the wiring on my Polaris.
The employees there were rude and seemed unwilling to help, suggest a course of action or even an estimate of repair cost.
One man spoke up when I asked there shop rate \"depends how much money you got\" I turned and walked out when another customer approached me with the same emotion WHAT AHOLES THEY ARE and then told me of this guy outside Lindale that was the best of the best and works out of his home shop. I gave this guy Gary Allen Tri- County Small Engine Service a call and he was only a few miles from me at the time and stoped what he was doing and came to me. He listened very attentive as I explained the electrical problem. (Keep in mind I have already been to every shop around and no one seemed to be able to or willing to fix my 4-wheel escape)
This Guy asked if it was ok for him to do some test. Of course I said Hell Yes you can.
I walked away to allow him rom to breath and watched him from my kitchen window. Within 30 minutes he had it up and running he explained the problem and even though I acted like I understood I have no idea. I asked him what I owed and he handed me a business card and said \'no charge just tell your friends about me\". So here I am and believe me I have sent several peope to him and they were astonished as I was. So much knowledge and customer service right under our noses. He even has mobil service available and can fix anything, even fixed my daughters laptop. GIVE HIM A CALL tell him RJ sent you. 903-376-1356 Gary

Went to buy a jet ski walked in GTC walked around for 15 minutes could not even get anybody to look at me (and i was going to buy) so I left went two blocks to Broadway Motorsports and bought a $10,500.00 jet ski with a check in less than an hour and was headed to the house. That is sad of GTC but you have to be ready.

So I recently wrecked my bike. I needed to get an estimate on the damages on my zx14. I brought my bike to Good Time Cycle in Tyler....big mistake. If you are looking for service and quality and people that actually give a sh*t about your bike, do not go here! I was charged 132.00 for the estimate and when I showed up to pick up my bike, my back tires had been smoked balled!!! The idiots told me that the 2000 miles that I had already put on that back tire was the life of it and offered to sell me another for 99.00$ which is their cost. Not only did the estimate come back at 7000.00 in damage but they forfeitted any chance at that business for 99.00 measly dollars. Take your bike to professionals if you care at all about it. I reccommend Broadway Powersports for all your needs....they can get anything for your Kawasaki too!
As a business owner here in town I was particularly dissappointed in the owners reaction to rely on her employess to make this right instead of doing what everyboody reading this would have done with no questions asked, replaced it for free and hope they don\'t say bad things about you!

I call ed about a tire for my zx12 and the man told me he would have to get back with me, and he did in a timly fashion but when i told him his price was a little steep he didnt try to work with me or anything, he simply hung up on me. I had forgotten why i dont do business with good times, but he quickly reminded me!!!

well ive used them to do several things now and well they do a pretty good job but they take forever to do anything they have no concern with geting your bike back to you in a orderly fashion
