After asking Rob Hatch with Hatch motor Co in Snowflake to hold a truck, He claimed that I had purchased the truck and that I now owed him over 30k I have never taken the truck, have never received a title, have never seen any paper work that I allegedly signed, and have lost 5k that was given to him to hold the truck. Rob Hatch is a crook and a dirty dealer. Rob hatch has no integrity. I now have no truck and am out my cash and into a car loan with NO VEHICLE to show for it. Rob Hatch with hatch motor Company in Snowflake AZ CAN NOT BE TRUSTED! He should be in jail. Simply put Rob Hatch is a crook.

Took my Honda 1100 to Hatch Show Low Motorsports to get a tire repaired, have rear turn signals put on,tune up and thats it,after several months and many many calls to find out how my bike was doing,I finally spoke with the owner who gave me a quote of $1,400.00 for the work done, the owner told me that he had replaced the carbs on my bike, and that it took a long time to find them for my bike was a 1978 Goldwing...
I then told him that I NEVER told anyone there that My carbs needed work or replacement. Anyway after several threats ,he came down to $900.00 which was still too much, when they delivered my bike,I noticed that there were no turn signals, and also my tire that IO wanted fixed had indeed gone flat within 24 hours of sitting in my car lot, they never fixed it,and to beat it all,my new bike seat was faded and had cracks all along the length of the seat, seems they left it outside in the sun and uncovered all those months.
The real funny thing about this whole tragedy is that later I found an honest mech. that had told me that the carbs that Hatch said they put on was an outright lie,the original ones were still in place and were never removed.
AVOID Show Low Motorsports at any cost, get your bike from another dealer and NEVER NEVER take your bike to them for repair.

On 5-8-8, we were on our way from Silver City, NM to Laughlin, NV. We (2) of us were riding Honda VTX 1800 motorcycles. We had a flat rear tire,(which we had purchase brand new in Deming, NM just for the trip.) So the tire had less than 300 miles on it. We paid $160. for the tire and installation (not including tax), after calling around I found that Hatch Motors in Snowflake, AZ had a tire in stock. We inflated the tire with 5 tubs of fix a flat and a plug, rode the bike 123 miles from where we had the flat to Snowflake. We got there at 4:00PM and the service attendant said that they couldn't change the tire until 8:00AM the following day. We got a hotel and waited, I took the bike in and asked that the tire be patched if possible, they told me that they would look at it and see what could be done. The hole was dead center in the middle of the tread, not off to the side. At any rate after a 2 hour wait I was told that there was not fixable due to it having a slit in it. OK, I figured we would have to purchase a tire, BUT I did ask to see the tire they removed and everyone acted like they couldn't believe that I wanted to see it and didn't take just their word for it. At any rate, I saw the bike being lowered on the lift so I started to go out to the service area and no one was aware that I was there, the guy that was going to pull my bike around revved up the bike 3 times and all the guys in the service area were being impressed with the loud pipes that are on my bike. At that point I asked the service guy, WHAT EXACTLY WAS THAT ALL ABOUT? He said, Oh, the guys just wanted to see how loud the bike was. I was very upset as I was there about a tire, not for a Mexican TUNE UP. I told the service man that I did not appreciate what had been done to my bike and he said he had already chewed the guy out. Exactly how could that be, as I was standing there the entire time. Well after the Mexican Tune Up I was given the bill of $250. for the tire and $40. labor plus tax. A grand total of $314. Good God, I had just days earlier purchased a full round for the bike for $320. (by a certified HONDA dealer)and I was taken aback, WHAT A RIP OFF!
TALK ABOUT GETTING SCREWED WITH OUT A KISS!
I feel that because we were stuck in the area with no other place to go that I was unduly charged. Once I had paid, I looked at the tire and was told that it's illegal to patch a hole larger than 1/4", I said that I was told there was a slit, which they couldn't show me, however they did put the reason for a new tire on my receipt as being the tire had a slit.
